01What does Invoicepak do?
Invoicepak is a Shopify invoice app. It creates a branded PDF invoice for every order and emails it to your customer automatically once the order is paid. You can also download or print invoices in bulk.02How are invoices sent automatically?
Install the app and save your template. From then on, every paid order gets its PDF invoice created and emailed to the customer, so there’s nothing to do per order.03Can the invoices look like my brand?
Yes. Every plan starts with 6 starter templates and PDF layout settings. On Basic and above you get full branding, like your logo, phone number and tax number, plus your own custom templates: up to 3 on Basic and unlimited on Pro.04Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers 5 invoices a month, with automatic invoices for new orders and the 6 starter templates. Upgrade whenever you need more.05Does Invoicepak handle VAT and tax IDs?
